Jack Seavor McDonald is an actor based in Los Angeles, best known for his portrayal of Clive on Ted, Eric on Never Have I Ever , and as Tristan in the movie, Ick. Never Have I Ever is streaming on Netflix and fans can find him on Peacock in his memorable role as Clive in Ted. 

As a child, people told Jack that he should hedge his bets on becoming an actor. Yet,  others consistently reminded him about how difficult it is to succeed as an actor. According to Jack, this only served to encourage him to be certain that he would take his talent, grit, determination and work ethic to succeed as an actor. Jack has loved making people laugh all of his life, for as long as he can remember!

He and his spouse, Jo have a dog named Willy. She is a Cattle Dog, Chihuahua, Mini Pinscher and a couple of other breeds!! She loves her parents very much, and prefers to keep a tight knit social circle, due to the fact that Willy truly prefers to spend all of her time with them!

 When Jack was in college, he had a job working as a gas station attendant for the graveyard shift, which started at 11 am until 7 in the morning, or so. Jack's friend Casey made posters that said "Come Visit Graveyard Jack" to help him stay awake! It worked. Professors, students would show up and take selfies with him, and a couple of actors from his program showed up in costume one night and performed a skit, where he was on a date with one of them and the other played a chef, serving them food from inside the gas station. The cool thing to do in the area (one of them, at the top of the list!) included this trip to the gas station to talk with Jack and get a photograph with him. This job ended when his brother-in-law was showing up a little too often and according to his prior boss, sitting on the counter too much!

Luckily for many, Jack is now an accomplished actor sharing his gift to make people laugh and smile engaging much larger audiences these days! We are positive his star will continue to rise, as he loves his work and brings a lot of contagious joy and humor to every production.

His first friend as Jack recall's was his Grammy. She is a huge part of who Jack grew up to be, making each other laugh all of the time since Jack was a child.  Jack's mom and sister are his biggest fans and the first to hear his jokes. Jack's niece and nephew, Sully and Lenny are little and definitely his toughest crowd, in the very best of ways! Jack is intrigued and impressed with them and their quick wit, often joking around.
